While we are a US based company, international orders can be placed through the website. Online order email confirmations will be sent to your personal mail account within 24 hours.

Please note that international orders may be subject to restrictions that are not applied to US based orders.

Payment Methods

Racquetball Warehouse accepts payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover), PayPal, Venmo and wire transfer. All orders are processed in USD currency. If a credit card is used for the purchase, the issuing credit card company will bill the charge in your local currency at the current exchange rate.

In an effort to protect the security of our customers, authorization information may be required for international purchases. International orders awaiting information will be held up to 5 days before being cancelled.

Pre-Authorization Verification

Some orders may be selected to undergo a pre-authorization verification before the order is processed and shipped. This is an extra security measure to protect you, the cardholder, from credit card fraud. If this step is required for your order, you will receive an email request within XX hours of your order submission.

To complete this verification, a small charge (between $0.01 and $5.00) is placed on the credit card provided on your order. When you see this small charge on your bank account, contact us to verify the exact amount of the charge and unlock your order.

Once confirmed, pre-authorization charge will be deducted from your order total.

Limitations

Restricted Products

Some brands we carry may not be shipped outside of the United States. These items will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Addresses

Racquetball Warehouse reserves the right to prohibit the shipment of any order. If delivery to a hotel is requested, the customer assumes all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. A release of liability will be requested in the order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval or refund.

Returns

All products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original manufacturer's box. Any shipping, customs, duties, taxes or other fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Any customs fee incurred by Racquetball Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non refundable.

Shipping Options

The international shipping services offered for your order will be dependent on the items and shipping destination for your order.

To view international shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your specific items, place the items you would like to order in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click the arrow to view the available rates. This shipping quote does not include duties and import taxes imposed by your home country. Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays.

Racquetball Warehouse currently offers six shipping services. Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express and World Mail.

Priority Mail International

Available for orders under $150 and under 10lbs. Generally takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately there is no tracking information available for this shipping option.

Priority Mail Express International

Available for orders with a value lower than $200 USD. Deliveries take 1-2 weeks. Priority Mail Express International offers a tracking system via the United States Postal Service web site www.usps.com. The information offered is very limited. However, it does show when your package arrives in your locale, which is helpful for estimating delivery times.

**Priority Mail Express International is the only option available to Russia and Mexico, and transit times can be up to 4 weeks. These orders can have a value higher than $200. Due to size restrictions enforced by Priority Mail Express International, your order may be split to adhere to their policy. In such cases Racquetball Warehouse reserves the right to charge for additional shipping costs.

Federal Express International Economy

Only available for orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. Deliveries take 5-7 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.fedex.com.

Federal Express International Priority

Only available for orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. Deliveries are guaranteed in 2-5 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.fedex.com.

** FedEx Surcharge Information: An Extended Area Surcharge may apply to shipments to specific International destinations. A listing of applicable destinations is available at www.fedex.com.

UPS Worldwide Express

Available for all International orders. Deliveries take 2-5 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.ups.com.

World Mail

Available for orders weighing under 2 pounds with a value less than $75 USD (excludes racquets, bags, and shoes). Generally takes 4-6 weeks to arrive. Packages are picked up from Racquetball Warehouse by UPS and delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. Unfortunately, there is no tracking information available for this shipping option.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you by Racquetball Warehouse. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.

Racquetball Warehouse will not issue a credit or refund in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Within the United States you can also send a check or pay by C.O.D. ($6.00 charge imposed by UPS for C.O.D. orders). We also accept International Money Orders and Wired Fund Transfers. Please contact our International Department for more details regarding International Money Orders and Wired Fund Transfer payments. Please note that Racquetball Warehouse may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Racquetball Warehouse will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Racquetball Warehouse. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Racquetball racquets must be unplayed with the plastic wrap on the handle intact. Racquetball Warehouse will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Racquetball Warehouse strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Racquetball Warehouse cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

Racquetball Warehouse cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned. You will also be charged for any unpaid customs, duties, and/or taxes, as well as return shipping costs.

Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Racquetball Warehouse will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel. If it is necessary, Racquetball Warehouse will ship to the above locations, however, once tracking shows the package was delivered Racquetball Warehouse will no longer be responsible and credit cannot be given.
